4. Cancellation and refund terms
In a general way, your orders will be processed only after we receive your payment.   Therefore please allow ample time for us to receive and process your payment.   If you request to cancel the reservation after the payment is processed but before the package is sent, we will change 10% of the total for the bank fee, the other will be issued a partial refund.   After the package is sent, no refund will be issued. So we hope you can note us at info@chinaflowerstore.com ASAP if you want to cancel the order.
5. How to check my order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. We will send you a feed back in no more than 8 hours.   Or write to us at info@chinaflowerstore.com including your name or receiver's name in the subject line of the email. You will receive a reply in approx. 1-8 hours or less. When the order is received, we will note to you by email in the same day.

6. Can I change the date of my order's delivery?
If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change to your delivery date, please send us an email and tell us the detail information ASAP.
